Designed to pull the highest quality grades of lumber, individualized for the unique character of each species, to assist architects with design specification. Medex® represents the highly versatile ideal of SierraPine Sustainable Design Fiberboard (SDF). Medex® is a powerful combination of moisture resistance, superior MDF board properties, and a formaldehyde free adhesive system. Medex® has a rock solid track record of superior design capabilities and environmental stewardship around the world.

SierraPine flame retardant Medite® FR MDF is made with a formaldehyde free adhesive system and is designed for critical applications where Class 1 flame retardant material is required. Medite FR has a low flame spread and smoke development as well as extremely low VOC emissions. During the manufacturing process, the flame retardant additive is blended with the fiber throughout the panel. This process delivers superior performance versus topical flame retardant applications. In addition, Medite FR can be machined, cut, sanded, and grooved without compromising the flame retardant.

Extira™ is a panel product that resists moisture, rot and termites and offers excellent performance in exterior environments.

Agristrand is a Soy-fiber particleboard with characteristics similar to wood and produces a final product very similar in look, feel and utilization of wood based particleboard.

Neatform is a high quality bendable sheet material. It is a processed sheet of MDF, which is widely recommended by architects and designers and used by woodworkers where top quality curved shapes or surfaces are required.

NBL® laminates provide the custom woodworker with superior flexibility and performance when compared to other wood-backed products. NBL’s patented 3-ply construction produces an extremely pliable, moisture-resistant sheet without the black edge associated with phenolic and foil backers.

Uni-Formwood Veneer

Uni-FormWood™ laminates feature guaranteed color and grain consistency and are surprisingly less expensive than their naturally imperfect, real species counterparts. These reconstituted wood veneers are defect-free, identical from sheet to sheet, and are offered on your choice of backers from paper to plywood.
